All orders are normally processed on day of receipt and dispatched if received before 3pm Mon-Fri.
 

Non-dispatch days are Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. However, for busier periods we are committed to dispatching within 2 days of receipt of order.
 

We use Royal Mail as our main carrier and with larger orders, at our discretion, we use a courier company of our choosing.
 

Goods normally arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch, postal services permitting.
 

However, occasionally goods can take longer and unfortunately this is out of our control.
 

We ask that you wait until 15 days have lapsed to contact us as Royal Mail do not allow us to follow up delays until this time frame has passed
